Diabetes Update 2017

We are pleased to announce that the fourth edition of Diabetes Update (DU) will take place at the Fairmont Tremblant in beautiful Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, from Wednesday, March 22, to Saturday, March 25, 2017.

As always, this conference welcomes Canadian endocrinologists, cardiologists, internal medicine specialists and primary care physicians. DU will focus on the management and prevention of diabetes, and include important updates on the latest evidence and treatment strategies.

Program highlights include:

  • The results and practical implications of the latest clinical trial results in the management of patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes
  • New approaches to the prevention and treatment of diabetes complications, including cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease
  • The integration of novel and emerging therapies for diabetes and associated metabolic disorders into clinical practice
  • Interactive and practical case-based workshops by leading national specialists

Conference Registration Fees

Physicians $250 (plus applicable taxes)
Diabetes educators, Other allied health professionals, Residents, Fellows $125 (plus applicable taxes)

Registration for the DU conference includes a welcome reception and all breakfast meals. A special room rate will be available for participants at the Fairmont Tremblant at a cost of $229 per night plus tax for a standard room.
